Ingredients: 1 chicken breast half, 50 grams of sake kasu (sake lees), 1 teaspoon salt, 1/10 cup water

Ingredients: Pasta (Serves 1), 50 grams chicken w/ skin, A quarter of a small onion
30 grams mushrooms (shimeji is recommended), 30 grams spinach, 20 grams sake kasu, 50 mL soy milk
1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon miso (Japanese fermented soybean paste), Salt, Black pepper

Ingredients: Pizza dough, Shredded cheese, 10 grams sake kasu
1 teaspoon water, 1 tablespoon ketchup, A pinch of salt, Topping as you like

Ingredients: 2-3 potatoes (approximately 300 grams), 2 slices of bacon, 30 grams sake kasu
1 teaspoon mustard, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, Salt and pepper (to taste)

Ingredients: 100 grams pork loin, 1 tablespoon oil, 10 grams miso paste (Japanese soybean paste),
10 grams sake kasu, Vegetable as you like

Ingredients: A fillet of salmon (about 80 grams), Salt, 1/8 of an onion (about 20 grams), 20 grams cabbage, 20 grams carrot
1 tablespoon oil, 5 grams butter, 1 tablespoon miso
2 teaspoons sake kasu, 1 teaspoon mirin (Japanese sweet seasoning), 1 teaspoon water
