・ Pizza dough
・ Shredded cheese
・ 10 grams sake kasu
・ 1 teaspoon water
・ [A] 1 tablespoon ketchup
・ [A] A pinch of salt
・ Topping as you like, such as ham, vegetables etc.
１．Heat sake kasu with 1 teaspoon water a few seconds in the microwave.
*Take care not to overheat it.
２．Preheat oven to 420℉.
３．Mix [A] ingredients with (1).
４．Put (3) on the pizza dough, topping and shredded cheese.
５．Bake (4) for 12 minutes.
– Do not serve this to children because it includes alcohol.
