Momo Matsubara

SSI認定唎酒師。調理専門学校を卒業後、21歳の若さで大阪の割烹料理店で女将を任される。2014年には地元・富山へ戻り、フランスで「ミシュラン・ガイド」に並び影響力のあるレストランガイド「ゴ・エ・ミヨ」掲載店の日本酒バー店長に。現在は東京の日本酒専門店「未来日本酒店」に勤務しながら、日本酒料理研究家としてペアリングを研究・提案している。

Momo Matsubara is a sake sommelier qualified by SSI. After graduating from culinary school, at the young age of 21, she was appointed as the proprietor of a kappo restaurant in Osaka. Returning to her hometown of Toyama in 2014, she became the manager of a sake bar that was featured in Gault et Millau, one of the most influential restaurant guide in France same as Michelin Guide. Currently, she works at Mirai Nihonshu-ten, a sake specialty store and bar in Tokyo. She also provides recipes for sake pairings as a cooking experts.
