I’ve been able to keep this site up to date every Monday for another year, despite being basically a one-man operation. It’s all thanks to the members who contribute great articles and to the readers who enjoy reading them. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support.
The second year of SakeTips! has welcomed new contributors. We’ve been able to convey the real voices of American Sake drinkers and the freedom to love sake more than the first year.
As mentioned in About, the concept of SakeTips! is “SAKE IS FOR EVERYONE.” and our mission is “to make sake accessible for everyone, so they can enjoy it with their own body and in their own words.”
We will be taking a month off from updating this site in October for the 2nd anniversary. Please look forward to the updates in November!
